Rudy Provoost will follow up retiring Raf de Caluwé as chairman of the Board of directors. Mr. de Caluwé was chairmain for eighteen years. Mr. Provoost previously was CEO and chairman of the board of Rexel (France) as well as a senior officer of Philips (The Netherlands). He is currently also member of the Board of Randstad, Elia Groep and Vlerick Business School.
