The Annual General Meeting agrees with the proposed total dividend of €0.28 for bookyear 2019. Ex-div on 28/04. It was also agreed that shares bought in 2017 and 2019 for a total of €90m will be canceled. We are talking about 6 million shares. In our model they were already part of the dilutive # shares so this decision has no impact on our valuation.
